Welcome to Saverbookr! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Saverbookr's website and services. By collaborating with Saverbookr as a local business or using Saverbookr's booking system as a customer, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Saverbookr if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Definitions
- "Saverbookr", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Saverbookr, the company providing the website and services.
- "Service Providers" refers to individuals or businesses offering services listed on Saverbookr's platform.
- "Customers" refers to individuals using Saverbookr's platform to book services.
- "Website" refers to Saverbookr's website accessible at saverbookr.com.
- "System" refers to Saverbookr's online booking and communication platform.
- "Commission" refers to the fee charged to Service Providers for bookings made through Saverbookr's platform.
2. Service Overview
Saverbookr is a platform that facilitates the booking of service providers in Malta. Customers can easily and quickly book appointments online without the hassle of traditional methods such as calling or searching through social media. Saverbookr collects data from customers and service providers, including receipts provided by customers upon service completion.
3. Payment and Rewards
- No payment is made online through Saverbookr.
- No upfront payment is asked to anyone. Signing up to Saverbookr as a service provider or as a user/client is 100% free. A commission is deducted from services booked through Saverbookr after the said service is rendered.
- Customers accumulate points and rewards based on the amount paid to service providers for the appointments made through Saverbookr. 1€ spent = 1 point. Points will be added to individual customer's account after collection of the receipts, as proof of payment, after the appointment as been booked through Saverbookr. If the appointment was booked outside of Saverbookr, we can't aknowledge the receipt as part of our service. Therefore, user won't collect points.
4. Service Provider Agreement
- Service Providers agree to pay Saverbookr a 10% commission for each booking made through the platform, calculated on the amount the customer paid. These Terms and Conditions serve as a contract between local businesses using this online service and Saverbookr.
- Service Providers have full control over their own calendar and bookings.
- They can confirm or refuse bookings and communicate with their customers online through the Saverbookr system.
- Monthly statements will be provided to Service Providers detailing bookings and receipts, allowing for commission calculation and invoicing.
- They can increase their visibility on the website with premium features: 25€ fee per month for featured listing in top recommendations.
5. Data Privacy and Security
- Saverbookr ensures the safety and security of all data collected through the platform.
- No data will be shared outside of Saverbookr without explicit consent.
6. General
- These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Saverbookr and users of the website and services.
- Saverbookr reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In that case, all users will receive a notice.
- Continued use of the website and services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
